Bruce K. Langson began his career in construction and development in 1962, working on his father
Dons apartment development in Las Vegas, the Kona Loha. Don Langson once headed up the highlyrespected
Langson Construction, developer of Storybook Homes and numerous other communities in
Las Vegas. Following in his fathers footsteps, today Bruce is president of Langson Development, a
Nevada-based family-run company that focuses on the development of apartment and condominium
complexes and condominium conversions throughout the state. Langson Development also manages
a portfolio of apartment communities.
The scope of Bruces past and present work encompasses the development of multifamily apartments,
single family and town home developments, and commercial and industrial properties.
But it is Las Vegas Central that will stand as Bruces lasting legacy to the city, a dream project that will
bring new standards of community and convenience to condo living in Vegas.

Ryan Langson is a vice president of Langson Development, focusing on the financial models and technology aspects of development on Las Vegas Central. Ryan entered college intending to join the family business and graduated from the University of Texas in 1995 with a degree in building development and concentration in finance. Ryans first major development project was the Parkway Manor Apartments in northern Nevada for Four Rivers Management, co-founded with Bruce and Ryans sister Nicole. To date, Four Rivers has won 23 awards from the Northern Nevada Apartment Association. Ryan lives in Henderson along with his wife Dolly and their three children.

Nicole Terry is a vice president of Langson Development. In college, Nicole channeled her artistic talents into her future with the family business, graduating from Texas State University in 1998 with a degree in interior design. After graduation, Nicole spent time working at an interior design firm before taking a variety of jobs at an apartment community to gather experience for her next challenge, helping to found Four Rivers Management with her father Bruce and brother Ryan. Her current responsibilities include all design-related aspects of Las Vegas Central, including the communitys marketing. Nicole lives in Las Vegas along with her husband Samuel, who is also active in Langson Development, and their son.
